Our relationships with Freeholders and Tenants is of utmost importance and we make certain that we have a project manager that is accessible 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

We have formed some very closed ties with a number of large Freeholders who benefit not only in monetary terms from our developments but also from the improvements to their freeholds, upgraded to near spotless condition, our developments adds value!


We care about:

  • Inhabitants & Local Community – we look to maximize the amount of items that can be pre-fabrication in our factory before being shipped to site. This minimize disturbance an inconvenience to inhabitants & the local community. The benefits are reduced dust & noise pollution, reduced visual & physical obstructions, quick deliveries of equipment and materials to site and reduced construction times. Where possible we also endeavor to use tools that are quiet.

 

  • Freeholder – we undertake to keep the Freeholder informed on progress at all times during a Penthouse project and adhere to the CDM regulations (Construction (Design & Management)) act of 1994. All HSE (Health and Safety Executive) directives are adhered to and a full and comprehensive health and safety plan and file will be prepared before work begins and continuously updated during construction.
