We only use the finest Swedish Red Wood as raw material and construct energy efficient Penthouses with triple glassed windows and a minimum of 150mm of wall insulation, which is sufficient for artic conditions, that utilises modern heat exchangers to recycle heat from ventilated air to assure the occupants comfort and well being. 

Quality through technology would not be possible without craftsmanship. For this reason we only employ skilled personnel that go through frequent training to assure a continued high standard of construction.
